Welcome to IfTheySpoke (“IfTheySpoke”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our digital services and subscriptions. By purchasing or using any paid feature, you agree to this Policy. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. General refund terms

Subscription fees and payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once paid. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, automatic renewals, add-on services, discounts, or fees charged by payment providers. Refunds are available only in limited circumstances.

2. Eligibility for refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within the stated refund window.
  • We are unable to provide the service because of an error on our side.
  • You encounter technical issues on our side that we cannot resolve.
  • You have a statutory right to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws.

For new subscriptions, the standard refund window is 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must not have used the service beyond reasonable limits or violated any terms.

3. Requesting a refund

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your order number or transaction ID.
  • The reason for your request.
  • The date of purchase.

We aim to review refund requests within a few business days and will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 to 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-refundable items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions used beyond the refund window.
  • Renewed subscriptions (unless cancelled before the renewal date).
  • One-time add-ons, custom work, or consulting services.
  • Payment provider fees, including currency conversion and banking fees.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until that period ends. No refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation. You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support before your next billing date.

6. Special circumstances

If we cannot provide the service due to extended outages, product discontinuation, or technical failures on our end, we may offer a full or prorated refund, a service credit, or an alternative solution. Duplicate charges and billing errors will be corrected promptly once you notify us.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve issues amicably. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

8. Consumer rights and governing law

This Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have. You may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel or obtain a refund within a specific period. This Policy is governed by the laws specified in our Terms of Service.
