The Service generates content using artificial intelligence systems. Responses are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, fictional, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All responses generated on the Service are produced by artificial intelligence.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses do not represent the real opinions, beliefs, intentions, or statements of any real person.
  • Personas on the platform are simulated interpretations and may not accurately reflect reality.
  • Content may contain factual errors, hallucinations, bias, or inappropriate outputs.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any information generated through the Service.

3. No Affiliation or Endorsement

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
  • CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE;
  • OUTPUTS WILL BE SAFE OR RELIABLE;
  • THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IFTHEYSPOKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT,
  • INCIDENTAL,
  • SPECIAL,
  • CONSEQUENTIAL,
  • EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
  • OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION

ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IfTheySpoke and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
